Refund, Cancellation & Booking Modification Policy

Important Notes

  • Refunds are applicable only for bookings with 100% advance payment.
  • Partial or due payments are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 to 10 official working days after cancellation approval.
  • Guests must provide valid bank account details (Account holder name, Account number, IFSC code, and Bank name) to initiate the refund process.
  • All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in written/email form and acknowledged by the hotel.

Booking Modification Policy

Modifications in Guest Details or Booking Plan

  1. Changes like name, number of guests (PAX), room plan, or package can only be made at least 3 days before the check-in date.
  2. Modifications are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

Date Changes or Stay Shifting

  • Changes in dates must be requested at least 5 to 7 days in advance.
  • This is subject to availability and additional charges will apply.

Room Category Changes / Upgrades

  • Room upgrades or category shifts are subject to availability.
  • Extra charges will be applicable for all upgrades.

Vendor Services & Third-Party Responsibility

  • The property may provide certain services through third-party or partner vendors (such as taxis, guides, boats, etc.).
  • Guests will be responsible for full payment directly to the third-party vendor.
  • The Kashi Residency does not take responsibility for any issues, losses, or damages caused by third-party vendors.
  • Guests are strongly advised to verify and confirm all service details before booking or using third-party services.

Additional Notes

  • Any additional service requested (including decoration, transport, or meals) will be charged separately and must be paid in advance.
  • Prices are subject to change during festive seasons, peak dates, or based on availability.
